EMERGENCY
EVACUATION TRAINING (30+ personnel) RZ1
This is an on-site emergency evacuation training course developed
for larger businesses with (30+) personnel. Designed specifically
to suit your business location this competency based program
uses a teamwork approach to train your workforce in handling
emergency situations, including fire and use of equipment, effectively
and efficiently.
Participants are trained on-site over 5 hour sessions to a level
of competency as specified by the Australian Standard AS3745:
2002 edition. This course is a means for management to address
their responsibilities under relevant state Occupational Health
and Safety Acts 107-2004, Duty of Care and Building Fire and
Safety Regulations. It also provides an opportunity for management
to empower their team to work towards a common goal in making
their workplace a safe and secure place for all. Course component
also includes selection of Safety Wardens, an on site evacuation
drill and detailed report outlining outcomes, recommendation
and observations.
On successful completion of the course your
business will be issued a National Accredited Certificate of
competency.

This is an on site emergency evacuation training course developed
for small to medium businesses with up to 30 personnel. Designed
specifically to suit your business location this competency
based program uses a teamwork approach to train your workforce
in handling emergency situations, including fire and use of
equipment, effectively and efficiently.
Participants are trained on site over 3 hour
sessions to a level of competency as specified by the Australian
Standard AS3745: 2002 edition. This course is a means for management
to meet their responsibilities under relevant state Occupational
Health and Safety Acts 107-2004, Duty of Care and Building Fire
and Safety Regulations. It also provides an opportunity for
management to empower their team to work towards a common goal
in making their workplace a safe and secure place for all. Course

This is an off premises emergency evacuation training course
developed for small businesses with up to 10 personnel. Designed
to suit your business location this competency based program
will train selected personnel in handling emergency situations,
including fire and use of equipment, effectively and efficiently.
Participants are trained off-site over a 3
hour period to a level of competency as specified by the Australian
Standard AS3745: 2002 edition. This course is a means for business
owners to meet their responsibilities under relevant state Occupational
Health and Safety Acts 107-2004, Duty of Care and Building Fire
and Safety Regulations. It also provides an opportunity for
management to empower members of staff make their workplace
a safe and secure place for all. Course component also includes
an on - site evacuation drill and detailed report outlining
outcomes, recommendation and observations.
On successful completion of the course your
business will be issued a National Accredited Certificate of
competency.

WARDEN
EMERGENCY EVACUATION REFRESHER TRAINING RZ4
All businesses undergo change either in personnel turnover,
location or changes to the layout of premises. This course has
been designed as a follow up course, from the Emergency Evacuation
Training to ensure your business remains compliant to its legal
obligations and that your staff are kept up to date so that
your business is in readiness for an unforeseen emergency. Previous
training in the needs of an Emergency Control Organisation is
a requirement of this course. On completion of this 2 hour session
(which includes an emergency drill) a detailed report will be
forwarded outlining outcomes, recommendations and observations.
Evacuation of a site and debriefing should
be completed annually.
PLEASE NOTE: It is a legal requirement that
all businesses that have acquired National Accreditation as
specified by the Australian Standard AS3745: 2002 need to provide
their relevant personnel with refresher training and emergency
evacuation procedures annually, to maintain their Certification.

CARDIO
PULMONARY RESUSCITATION (CPR) Practical Session Only RZ5
This Course is suitable for all sites where staff members can
be trained in CPR procedures. The course is an ideal method
for Management to discharge certain responsibilities under relevant
State Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004, Duty of Care.
The need for first aid training is further supported by The
Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 107/2004 Code of Practice
for First Aid in the Workplace (No 18 1995) which identifies
that employers ‘should ensure that an appropriate number
of suitably trained first aiders are provided’. The code
provides practical guidance on meeting the requirements of Section
21 (2)(a) of the Act.
